Our goals are to acquire properties in which we can implement new and innovative ways to increase its value and income. We are currently looking for properties that are in need of redeveloping, tenant lease issues, or high vacancy.

• Seeking: Single asset or portfolio acquisitions
• Maximum Price: $4,000,000.00
• Minimum Size: 2,500 sq/ft
• Geographic: Kentucky - Clark, Fayette, Jessamine, Woodford, Scott, Shelby, Franklin, Shelby, and Jefferson.

Founder

Thomas J. Gullett, founder of Gullett Family Properties began his career in radio and cable television after serving in the Army Air Force as a mechanic and radar technician. Tom developed cable systems in Eastern and Western Kentucky, along with systems in Florida and England. It was during this time Tom became passionate about real estate, leading him to build and invest in commercial and residential properties throughout Kentucky and Florida. In 2008 he was inducted into the T.V. Cable Pioneers Hall of Fame by the National Cable Telecommunications Center and Museum.

Managing Partners

Thomas Chase Gullett, President of Gullett Family Properties co-owns elink Design, Intelliwire, and Phishing Box while managing Gullett Family Properties. Chase attended Christ School in Asheville, NC., and is a graduate of Lexington Catholic High School. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Shalanta and his twin sons.

Ashlea Gullett Beeson, Vice President of Gullett Family Properties holds a B.S. from the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, and currently has her Kentucky Real Estate License in escrow. A life-long equestrian, Ashlea currently serves as the Development & Logistics Manager for the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation. Ashlea and her husband Tim live in Versailles, KY with their son.
