Thomas J. Gullett, founder of Gullett Family Properties began his career in radio and cable television after serving in the Army Air Force as a mechanic and radar technician. It was during this time Tom became passionate about real estate, leading him to build and invest in commercial and residential properties throughout Kentucky and Florida. In 2008 he was inducted into the T.V. Cable Pioneers Hall of Fame by the National Cable Telecommunications Center and Museum.

Chase attended Christ School in Asheville, NC., and is a graduate of Lexington Catholic High School. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Shalanta and his twin sons.
